Raider Wildlife Control follows the 6 step (R-A-I-D-E-R) process when removing wildlife from a home or building:

Step 1: Review and Inspect

Our team of Wildlife Technicians are trained to identify all entry points on your home or building (ie. wood, aluminum, chimney, vents, soffits, flashing and more). Your home or building will be carefully inspected and all problem areas will be noted at this time.

Step 2: Advise and Recommend

Before any work commences, one of our Wildlife Technicians will provide you with a detailed assessment explaining all problem areas and the steps required to eradicate the problem. The assessment will include all costs associated with the work as well as future recommendations to protect your home or building from future wildlife intrusions.

Step 3: Implement Solutions

Once the animals have been safely removed from the home or building, Raider Wildlife Control will safely clear and clean any contaminated material from the site. This is extremely important because contaminated material can be very harmful to your health. Depending on the level of contamination, insulation repair and attic restoration may also be required to ensure that your home or building remains safe for you and your family.

Step 4: Deliver Guaranteed Results

Our Wildlife technicians will ensure that your property is protected from any potential wildlife intrusions. We use only high quality, durable products and seal off all openings with heavy gauge screening. Our team prides ourselves on attention to detail and are experienced in identifying potential trouble spots. 5/5 from start to finish. I completed the form on their website and received a called back the same day. I explained my situation and requested a service call. I was fortunate enough to get one the next day. Chris came to our home, I walked him through, he immediately found the mouse traffic route. He explained our options, (this man knows his business) remedied my immediate concern with putting bait traps in various area's. Now I can sleep in peace lol. Once our renovations are done we will be calling him to complete pest proofing our house. Thank you!!

This team gets it right on the first try. We had very determined mice in our walls that would chew into cupboards and scratch on our bedroom walls at night. It was unnerving. When we contacted Raider last year, they told us at the inspection that we need to redo our roof (it was in bad shape) before their work would be effective. I was impressed they didn’t just ask us to throw money at the problem with their team. We redid our roof, and the mice persisted…. Raider was called back in. The whole process was seamless. Blake came on-site and talked us through the work (even crawled under our deck to film where entry points were). The quote was admittedly higher than I expected, but the work proposed was more thorough and of higher quality than I’d have imagined (caulking all seams on our 3+ floors of house, filling in mortar gaps, metal flashing around siding and entries, etc). We were happy with the cost considering the approach, and felt confident this scope would actually prevent us from having to keep dealing with these resilient critters permanently. Worth it. Day of work, a team of about 10 people pulled up and hustled to get the massive job done in one day. They were all polite and positive, playing music, singing, and laughing while doing a gruelling job. They left our yard in pristine condition. The invoice came and it matched the quote… no nasty surprises or scope creep. Could not have been happier, and the thoroughness of their approach means I am finally sleeping peacefully. Chris and Blake are the best.Had a bat problem 2 years ago and they did an outstanding job. I called them back this year because of a concern-which turned out to be nothing-and I got an immediate response and they came back to check and reassured me all was fine. We had an invasive species of birds (European Starling) that decided to start living in our vent when we went on vacation. Raider Wildlife Control did their inspection on Friday and showed up first thing on Monday morning to fix our problem. They replaced all the plastic vents with metal ones. We could not be happier with their service. They are professional, personal and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is my second 5 star rating for Raider Wildlife Control. We recently bought a new home in Port Weller East which backs on to a dense woodland and quickly realized we had a skunk living under our front porch. Raider did another 5 Star job, as expected, but lo and behold another critter tried to make it its home only to be foiled by how well Raider protected my space. Look how deep it tried to dig before giving up. With any other company I’d likely have another critter under the porch

We had scurrying in our bedroom wall for a few months and it was keeping me up at night. We had two companies in and they could not find how the critters were getting in. We finally had a company recommend Raider and they were here within a day and found that critters were getting into our house under our porch. 4th time with a raccoon problem. First 3 fixes were not great! I decided to see what the best could do to fix the raccoon problem permanently. I contacted them Monday morning. Blake was onsite by 1 that day. He looked at all the other 'fixes' and quoted to have the job done the RIGHT way. They had a crew doing the job Tuesday morning. Courteous, very professional! Definitely not the cheapest but the problem is now properly and permanently fixed. You get what you pay for. Raider is the best. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Chris and Blake
